After years in large corporate environments and agency work, our founder Ana Brzakovic had seen marketing from every angle. Big budgets and big structures. Lean teams and fast decisions. What works and what just looks good on paper.
That experience made one thing clear: small and medium-sized B2B companies are where strategic marketing makes the biggest difference. They have real products, real expertise, and real potential, but often lack the time, structure, or resources to communicate it well. That's the gap Digital Way was built to close.
We founded Digital Way in September 2020 with a simple idea: bring senior-level marketing strategy and execution to B2B companies that don't need a big agency, but do need someone who genuinely knows what they're doing.

How we're structured
Digital Way is intentionally small. Ana leads every engagement personally, from strategy to execution. Depending on the project, we work with a network of trusted specialists in design, development, content, paid advertising, and more. You always know who is working on your project and why.
We also use AI, including Claude, as part of our workflow. Not to replace thinking or judgment, but to move faster, analyze better, and deliver more. Every output is guided, reviewed, and refined by a senior human before it ever reaches a client. You get the speed and analytical power of AI combined with the strategic oversight and quality control that only experience can provide.
What we believe in
Honesty and transparency.
We tell you what's realistic before we start. We don't oversell, we don't overpromise, and we don't hide behind jargon. If something won't work for your situation, we'll say so.
Purpose over activity.
We don't recommend things just because everyone else is doing them. Every activity we propose has a clear reason behind it and a clear connection to your goals. Marketing that exists just to exist is a waste of everyone's time and money.
Work we believe in.
We choose our clients as carefully as they choose us. We only take on projects where we're confident we can contribute meaningfully and achieve real results. That's not a limitation. It's what makes the work good.
Ana Brzakovic is a marketing and communications professional with over 11 years of experience across corporate, international, and entrepreneurial environments.
She started her career at Delta Holding, one of the largest holding companies in Southeast Europe, through their talent program, and after three years took over as Director of Corporate Communications. She also worked with the American Councils for International Education, where she coordinated a network of 20+ alumni coordinators managing social media for international exchange programs across multiple markets.
In September 2020, she founded Digital Way, a boutique B2B marketing agency specializing in strategy, content, and digital communications for software companies, SaaS businesses, and consulting firms. Since then, Digital Way has been working with clients in Serbia, the wider region, and international markets including the DACH region and the UK and Ireland.
Ana brings deep expertise in media relations and PR, internal communications, and digital marketing. Her approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, always grounded in what actually moves the needle for B2B businesses.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš. She spent two years in the United States on U.S. government scholarships, one year completing high school in Colorado and one year studying at the University of Minnesota, an experience that shaped both her international perspective and her fluency in English. She is also a marathon runner, which probably explains her belief that consistent effort over time beats short sprints every time.
